This will allow us to identify what needs to be done, what techniques we will need to use and what products will best support the process. It will also allow us to identify any areas where we feel we may face challenges of limiting factors.

Secondly, routinely we will protect all surrounding areas. Treating your home with respect is very important to us. And we promise to protect all areas that we can prior to work starting.

From this point, all dirt, dry particles and soil are removed from the surface of the tiles. A pre-spray cleaning solution is then applied to any areas that have staining. Our knowledge of cleaning products is vast. We are able to select the products that will best suit your tile type and will achieve the best results. It is important to realise that damage can be used if incorrect products are used.

Then, rotary cleaning machines are used to agitate the solution. This agitation works to lift and remove dirt and stains. The floor is then fully rinsed. There may be areas where additional cleaning is needed. However, once done, the floor is thoroughly dried.

The last step covers applying a finish sealer product. These products are formulated to protect and work as a shield for the stone underneath.
